Q. Why is your soap packaged in a sealed plastic bag and not something fancier?

There are three reasons why we package our soap in a sealed plastic bag:

1. Once we make your soap, we want to ensure that no one can tamper with your product. For safety reasons, if the seal is broken, please return the product to us without using it, and we will send you a new one.
2. A sealed plastic bag makes sure that the soap does not lose moisture or scent.
3. Fancier packaging means a deferred cost to the consumer. The plastic we use is recyclable, but additional packaging means more unwelcome contributions to our landfills.
